Frequently Asked Questions
Schools registered on the Shunifu platform are automatically listed. If your school uses Shunifu, ensure your school profile is complete and your school will appear in the directory. If you're not yet using Shunifu, contact us to learn more about getting started.
Log in to your Shunifu admin portal and update your school profile under Settings > School Information. Changes are reflected in the directory automatically within seconds.
Ensure your school profile is complete with all required fields including school name, region, and type. Schools with incomplete profiles may not appear in filtered searches. Contact us if the issue persists.
Contact us via email or phone to request removal from the directory. Please note that this may also affect your school's visibility to potential parents and students searching for schools.
Performance data is sourced from official examination results published by the Examinations Council of Eswatini (ECESWA). If you believe there's an error in your school's performance data, please contact us with documentation.
